  4. Condominium Living
Living in a condominium community brings the benefits of insurance and maintenance. With the HOA fee comes all outdoor maintenance including yard maintenance, snow shoveling, water/sewer, trash and recycle services. Building insurance, road and driveway also fall within their responsibilities. This is what I call carefree living!
  5. HOA
Our Home Owners Association is one of a kind. Managed by Homestead Management Corporation backed by a great Board of Directors, they take great care of our community, buildings and outdoor spaces. At a $295.00 per month it is one of the best managed and lowest monthly fee communities. They are an important part and a reason why our community is well maintained and has and will continue to improve in value and desirability.
  6. Old Town Lafayette
Old Town Lafayette is an iconic mining community in Boulder County. It is a quaint walking community with great restaurants, micro breweries and Historic Buildings. Among other things, you can find a 100 year old Theater with its own theater company and a Children's museum. It is a 15 min. walk from Wild Ridge. (www.cityoflafayette.com)

There are three are three access points from within our neighborhood to the trails and most of our houses back to it. It makes for added privacy and great views!
  8. Recreation Center
The Bob L. Burger recreation center is a 10 minute walk from Wild Ridge. It is a nationally recognized facility with a pool, water slide, basketball and racquetball rooms and all the weight machines you can think of.
